have some fun

There’s a lot going on at Midtown. Not only will we be hitting some major construction milestones, there will be special events along the way. Check back often to get the latest news or join the interest list.

What a year; here's to the next one!

Looking back at Midtown’s first year, all we can say is … wow. Over a dozen all-new home designs created. Almost 100 homes sold. A whole new idea of artful, healthy, urban living brought to reality. And wait till you see what’s coming in 2014. The Garden Shed Community Center. And of course more homes, more events, more all-around awesomeness.

But come to think of it, there is one more thing we can say about last year: thanks. To our homebuilders and homebuyers, a huge thank-you for bringing this community to life.

retail area and garden shed update

We have officially gone vertical with the Midtown retail and amenity area! Things will move quickly from here and both buildings are expected to be completed by the end of the year. When complete The Shed will be a 1,461 square foot community center dedicated to homeowners. The retail area will span 11,578 square feet. Half of this area will be occupied by the Brookfield Residential Design Center, where new homeowners will put their stamp on their under construction home. The tenant of the remaining portion of the retail area has yet to be determined.

more progress

Last week a lot of people helped to make a lot of great things happen, including opening the newly improved Pecos Street and 67th Avenue. It is an amazing transformation that has taken place!

68th avenue is closed for improvement

Signs, signs, everywhere are signs! If you are out of Midtown in the next few days you will see a lot of signs, but don't let the road closures detour you from seeing all of the cool things happening within.  68th Avenue is closed for improvements, and we are working to get 67th Avenue opened later this week....so if you go, take a slight turn at 67th Avenue, drive on the West side of Pecos and behind David Weekley's models. There are helpful construction traffic controllers to help you along the way.

check out the new sign

Every day progress is being made out at Midtown, including the addition of our new signs. Check out the sign located at the corner of 68th and Pecos - it looks even better in person, come see for yourself!
