Brookfield Homes' construction team is on site and hard at work building their three, much-anticipated, model homes. Two of the model foundations are up and the third will be poured today.

Brookfield homes groundbreaking

Brookfield Homes, one of the nation's top homebuilders and a leader of new home design and innovation, made their Colorado debut at Midtown last week.  Friday marked the groundbreaking of Brookfield Homes' Midtown Portfolio.  Perry Cadman, General manager of Brookfield Homes, mentioned, "The homes were designed for a lifestyle that understands and celebrates the importance of livability." The homes will embrace outdoor living with smart space usage for entertaining and outdoor accessibility.

In a recent Inside Real Estate News article August weighed in on Midtown’s potential and, in his professional opinion, Midtown is a winner. “Midtown is going to be one of the most successful master-planned communities in the entire metro area.”

earth movers and shakers

These are exciting times at Midtown. After years of planning and site restoration, the grading has begun. Because every great neighborhood starts with a little something called “infrastructure.” Adjusting for proper drainage, laying water lines, installing electrical and fiber optic cables… essentially creating the gallery in which our builders can display their best work. The first street to be paved will be the main entry off of Pecos. Look for the first model homes to open this fall.
